"Anna Vargas-Hopper is great insurance agent however one of her staff members named Steve Johnson either needs a lot more training or he is just not a very intelligent person. He’s given me wrong answers at least three different occasions and one time my insurance was almost canceled completely, and I almost ended up with a higher rate because of him."

"Don’t waste your time. Poor communication skills. The staff says one thing and does another. FOR MONTHS had my email wrong. Never once did I say get rid of all my discounts. I asked why did I need life insurance and if it wasn’t benefiting me to please remove it. Instead you removed all my discounts and failed to contact me and tell me my bill would be higher. I’m finding a new agent."
